Marathon Journal : Week 3 |

160 days to go
KM's ran = 4 (Again)
Food intake = Moderate rather than last weeks Copius
Exercise = MOVED HOUSE!
Excuses = 1 Strained my friggen frangin foot after my run. So pretty much the
same as last week but my foot healed by Friday which is pretty sweet!!!
A better week was had for sure, especially in
the eating department. Carrots and Broccoli for Lunch with Chicken breast every
day apart from one which was Sushi. No big nights out either which is another
biggie, so beer intake was only about a crate over the entire week. (Gee that
sounds a lot in itself!!!!)
Went only for one run once my foot felt ok to
run on, but I was sweating like a fat man chasing icecream truck on Friday night
and Saturday. We moved house and I spent at least 10 hours humping and dumping
boxes onto trucks etc and had a full on body hurt on the Sunday.
Had a couple of beers out and about in Auckland
on Sunday and the miss's after telling me I've bitten off more than I can chew
with this Marathon (I HATE HEARING THAT AND WILL ENJOY PROVING PEOPLE WRONG)
said that I actually look quite good from behind after a few drinks!!
Chhhhhheeeeeeerrrrsss Babe!!! So, as long as I'm not facing anyone I'm looking
sharp! Champion!!!
I have decided to paste some before pics just
to show how much has to be done! I'm a big boy
Running 5 k tonight.
