Highlanders - The season so far

A third of the way through the season. what is the good and what is the bad? The Good: Ajay Faleafaga. Started the season as our no3 10. I feel like he will finish the year as our top first five.

Presuming we lose on Saturday here is a bit of a review of the season. From a fan's perspective this has been the worst Highlanders season since we tried to buy a championship with Tony Woodcock, Brad Thorn and Ma'a Nonu in 2013

I hope a number of players who got a taste this year are given full time contracts. Really hope we do our best to keep Hugh Renton and sign Freedom Vahaakolo up again.

Wow. Beating the Aussie champs is wwaayyy easier than beating the kiwi champs!

It might not be possible to underestimate what a fucken hard task that was for the Reds. The euphoria of that extra time win, last week, after a smashing season, and then head to dunners on a 6 day turn around? Fuck that.
